There was roaches crawling on the floor in the lobby and in the food area so gross and i bave yet to receive my receipt from my stay the elevator had spilled wh a t smelled like bleach on the floor terrible stay will not be back

Water filters need to be changed - affected the taste of the coffee, infused water and hot water to make grits and oatmeal; there is a plumbing problem with all toilets. Everyone was asking for a plunger which is the only thing maintenance knew how to use

Breakfast items went out and there were 2 hrs left, attendant was slow, not attentive, and didnt want to refresh items. Rooms are horrible. We didnt have a blackout/privacy shade/curtain, and our room had a parking lot light roght outside the window. The toilet is SO LOW, and takes 3 flushes to empty the bowl. The beds are not comfortable and there wasnt a blanket. You get a fitted sheet, and 2 flat sheets. Worst hotel experience.

There were lots of very weird and off-putting smells. Toilets would not flush in our first room so we were moved to another room and its toilet did not flush either. One of the elevators does not work and outside of the elevators are plumbing pipes sticking out of the wall as if for a toilet but there was no toilet and the pipes are not capped. It seemed to be the same on all of the floors. Overall, not a great experience.
