Hotel is under renovations. No ice machine, dark hallways, fitness rm was 3pcs of equipment and nothing plugged in and was the size of a closet. We werent notified, at all until we checked in. Room wasnt bad, about average. Very disappointed.

The room was clean but the walls were thin(if you know what I mean). We could hear the noisy revelers playing their music in the parking lot at night as clear as if the window was open. Thankfully the staff addressed our concerns. The breakfast bar was reasonable. I really liked the waffles.

I did not like the rooms. How long does it take to renovate. We were put in a room that should not be sold. Beds are worn out, couch is broke down, carpet and walls are dirty. Lobby is awful. Close the facility and renovate. The ratings on Expedia are misleading

This hotel would have received five stars if it had not been in renovation. It is being converted to a Staybridge and I will certainly return. Manager is delightful and place is very clean. Great room fr the money

The rooms and hotel were in poor condition. The cleaning staff seemed to do a good job but the shower had mildew all over it and grout cracked, etc.

The hotel is really old and it showed. It was also undergoing major construction so there was debris, flooring, and dirt/dust everywhere. I still had to pay full price ($780 for four nights!) and was not given any warning about the renovations. The stairwells had no flooring and one of the elevators only had insulation for walls. It was ridiculous. My room had no lightbulb in the entrance and one of the lamps did not work at all. The ceiling had peeling paint and the window shades were dirty and partially broken. I also did not feel safe, a woman by herself, with all of the workers coming in and out. I can say the staff was nice though. I'm sure the hotel will be nice once the renovations are complete but save your my money for now and go somewhere else.

The location was near lots of food. The hotel was under construction, so it was kind of noisy. The windows are very thin. You can hear things that are going on outside as you’re trying to sleep overall, the upgrades to the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed our stay while we were there.
