So the staff was great, kind, sweet and attentive. However in the room half of the things were broken, we chose this option because we needed the sleeper pullout and it was completely unavailable which made for an extremely uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was 6.5/10 in terms of what you’d expect for an included breakfast. Gym is 4/10 of what you’d expect. Noise level was loud between the pipes and the other guests blasting music it was kind of intense. I would not recommend

The front desk clerk, a guy on evening shift, was very polite and showed good hospitality. This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. It’s “clean” but it’s disgusting because things are broken and look dirty bc there’s rust and mildew. TP roll holders broken and almost sliced my finger. Furniture old and dirty, doors cracked and broken. Smell all over is old and musty and elevator is broken down.

Great, affordable place outside of Charlotte

A friend and I stayed two nights for concerts in Charlotte, and the place was great. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, plenty of parking, and an Asian food hall just across the street.

Great place for the money. Friendly staff and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice. TV swiveled so we could watch from the couch. Great water pressure and loved the room with a brew.

Some updates are needed

We have stayed at this location several times and enjoyed it. This time there were problems. The heater made a loud noise any time it came on. The smoke detector went off erratically. The commode seat was barely hanging on. However, the beds were amazing.

The bed was clean and made, but I was not impressed with the condition of the room overall. Two reading lights were missing bulbs. The man at the desk looked bored out of his mind and stared at his phone. I almost couldn’t fit in the bathroom to shut the door - it was so close to the toilet. The shower curtain wasn’t large enough for the shower. Because it was on a curved rod, I had to hold one end of the curtain to make sure water didn’t splash on everything. Some of the furniture had clear damage to it - one bench had tears in the fabric. While it was a convenient location, I do not plan on staying there again.

The staff were all polite. There was a miscommunication of adding a day to avoid weather, but it was worked out the morning I was checking out. The property was clean, but needed a little updating. Only part not so great was the sleeper sofa cover was stained and had some dirt on it. Otherwise, everything else was cleaned well. It's probably due to the sleeper sofa not being used as often. I would stay here again if in the area.
