The rooms were cheap and really nice for the price. We went to a concert and didn't need to spend a lot on an expensive hotel. I was very satisfied with my stay there. The info you get on the site about the rooms is correct.

This isn’t a luxury motel, but it was very clean and the staff was wonderful. One thing that really stood out was the attention to cleanliness and comfort. The mattress had a protector, and the bed was thoughtfully made with a fitted sheet, top sheet, blanket, and an extra sheet on top—such a nice and hygienic touch. I also appreciated seeing the housekeeping staff cleaning the windows and doors of each room. It’s clear they take pride in keeping everything well cared for.

This might be the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It is in a bad area, lots of homeless people around. We were afraid to leave the room after dark. The bed was hard as were the pillows. The furnace was very loud. We did not sleep well. The coffee pot did not work. The "breakfast" was so sparse that I did not see anyone eating. We also passed on it. The office doors are always locked probably due to all the homeless in the area. I suggest that you do not stay here and find another alternative.
