Kein Frühstück, das wird gar nicht mehr angeboten, steht aber noch auf der Webseite. Auf höfliche Rückfrage kam: „Das wäre ja eh kostenlos gewesen, also beschweren Sie sich nicht.“ Im Zimmer war noch Müll vom Vorgänger. Den kompletten Aufenthalt über wurde nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt, weder Handtücher wurden getauscht, noch gab es neues Toilettenpapier. Das Badezimmer war verschimmelt und dreckig. Nachts war es laut, wir hörten nonstop das Musikgedudel aus der Lobby sowie Autorennen auf dem Parkplatz. Zimmertausch wurde verwehrt, überhaupt interessierte es keinen, ob man zufrieden war. Beim Auschecken kein „Tschüß und Danke“. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Gott sei Dank haben wir es hinter uns. Wir können nur dazu raten, dieses Hotel NICHT zu buchen. Ekelhaft.
