Nice hotel. Staff was very unfriendly. If we talked to them they acted like we were an inconvenience to ask a question. I am in Charlotte frequently and there are other Marriott hotels close by

The clerk that was checking in when I arrived was extremely rude. I had to wait outside for about 15 minutes before the attendee came to open the door. Outside of her being rude the hotel was great.

Solid overall

Service was excellent and the hotel was nice. My only complaint was the frig was tiny and the AC wouldnt hold the room temp during the day. I also must admit that it was during a heat wave and my room was on the front side of the hotel which face the west.

I thought the staff was excellent, very helpful and nice. Room was very nice with no damage. The only thing I didn’t understand was room service never once cleaned my room while I was there. I found out that it is a Covid thing but never asked. So if you need a change of sheets or anything you have to ask.
