In my experience - rude and unhelpful and unempathetic day staff members who answer the calls . Refused a late check out for a Bonvoy gold Member by even 15 mins- only because I had booked it by mistake with a 3rd party !! Saying there was no room !!!! I acknowledged my booking error and pleaded for an extension because of an important call / they would not budge . However thank to another staffer was kind enough and heard my plea and allowed me a 1230 check out !! I don’t deny the rules or unavailability - but when it was possible - they refused without empathy on a technicality !! Doesn’t help the brand !! member bye been

The staff we dealt with were great. At the restaurant, Madison, Anthony and Sheba were excellent. At the front desk Naomi was outstanding and in housekeeping Joyce was also outstanding. We enjoyed our stay.
