Staff was great. Room had not been vacuumed. Found popcorn on floor in corners. 3 of us in room when cleaned room removed dirty towels 3 of them left one clean one. Had to ask for 2 more. Toilet paper ran out no spare. Breakfast and happy hour was good.

Clean. Maybe a little worn. But certainly more than adequate. Staff are all fantastic. Couldn’t do enough for you. The food was great - especially for the price- breakfast and dinner! And drinks! Actually the food was better than any other hotel breakfast bar. No other hotels include dinner so I can’t compare there. The hot tub was hot. Maybe not 102 but it was indoors so that would have been too hot for me. I regret that I have been to the area many times and just now discovered it. My family will be loyal customers- of the brand!

We went for my DD's 18th b-day weekend and to go to the Renfaire. We got in late on Halloween and missed the Kick-back. I realized I left my wallet at home with my DL in it and bc I was so tired, it didn’t dawn on me that I had a 2nd copy in my purse with my passport. When I stated not having one, the guy was rude and said that no way would they accept a pic of it from my phone. He offered no other solutions, even as I said that we were from near the VA border. It was just me and 3 kids. When I showed the ID and passport, he inspected them like I was an alien. There was no empathy on his part. I went to the restaurant and got dinner. Pro-bartender is amazing; Con-the food was way overpriced for the quality. The room and was burning hot, but the kids turned the A/C on and it took forever to cool. I am disabled, so it was an ADA room, but it was small. The fridge didn’t seem to work, there was trash in the cans and behind one tv, there were stains on the walls, dust all over, the phone and alarm clock were dirty and the pull-out bed was really thin with a crumb-covered mattress topper. We heard loud noises from the pool bc we were above it and from the rooms on both sides. It is a PARTY hotel, not a family one. We smelled ouid on almost everyone and in the elevators and many people were heavily drinking. There were unattended kids at the pool who harassed mine and it was rough. But, two of the receptionists were nice women who tried helping us. They did all that they could.
