Egret Escape

Welcome to Egret Escape on Lake Norman
This home has been recently renovated. Although in a quiet cove, the private dock has deep water, great views and lots of space to hang out. There are 2 paddleboards, life vests, wonder noodles and water lounges as well as some water toys and beach towels available to use during your stay. There are lots a places here to relax and enjoy the lake - my favorite is the recliner on the covered dock! A love seat and chairs on the lower porch for sipping a beverage with friends. A set of lounge chairs on the dock for reading that neglected stack of magazines. The covered dock has a comfortable dining table, perfect for sharing a meal with family while enjoying the sunset. The kitchen, family room and full bath are located on the lower level. The kitchen is fully appointed with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances including a blender, coffee maker, toaster and crock pot. There are also some cooking basics such as common spices, flour, sugar, oil and coffee. A 36" Blackstone griddle is located on the downstairs patio, close to the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in the home, all are located upstairs as well as the living room, washer/dryer, kitchenette coffee bar and half bath. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and wardrobe closet with drawers. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and features an lighted umbrella art installation on the ceiling. The third bedroom is a bunk room with 2 Twin XL bed, blackout blinds and a pocket door. Crib and highchair provided. There is wireless internet available as well as 4 flat screen TV's with Roku, Netflix and Disney+ service. There are also books, board games and cards.

Sweet Lake House

Cute and cozy cottage. Loved the decor and great use of space. Perfect for a long weekend getaway, waterfront on a quiet cove. Special touches like the coffee/tea bar, kitchen amenities,and candles in the fireplace, exceeded our expectations.

What a sweet house. Sparkling clean and such cute touches throughout the home. Each room has its own adorable theme. Well stocked kitchen. We loved having the higher seating area near the dock and loved using the gas fireplace. We caught lots of fish off the dock! Would stay again.
