Everything was wonderful but our only parking option is $42 a day valet, which seems pretty steep for a downtown of this size.

Each staff member was a bonus. The rooms were clean and there was no marijuana smells in the hallways. The food was delicious and they also had a bar where you could order delicious food as well.

I love this location. And they have yummy eggs and baked goods for breakfast. And having a kitchen and a bottle to refrigerate water. The water was off all day during the day. They had it posted in the lobby but didn’t let me know in advance. And I had a weird thing happen where I asked them not to come into my room to clean and they came in and didn’t shut the door all the way. It made me feel anxious when I returned to the room. Nothing happened but it was unsettling.

The property was upgrading its plumbing, so the guest did not have water during the hours of 9-5, which meant you had to hurry up and get ready instead of relaxing. Plus the bathroom shower door would not stay close. I expected so much more from a Marriott property. I am a Bonvy Member and I am still waiting for my points to post as well. I think they should have let the guest know when they booked, so we had the option to stay somewhere else.

The elevator was broke and they wanted you to walk your bags down three flight of stairs to check in. Then I was told that parking wasn’t validated and the price was $60. If I valet then it would be $46.
