I double booked and stayed at a different location. I panicked and even called a week ahead to insure I had a reservation they couldn’t find it and I booked through hotels.com. So when I realized it and tried to contact you all I was charged 303.00 for a no show when in fact if I checked into the embassy suites ten mins away. I called and even told them I would check in late and now they won’t refund me my money so I’m calling corporate on everyone!

Embassy Suites is by far my favorite hotel, but this exceeded my expectations! From the conversation on the phone with Desmond before arriving to the superior customer service from all we encountered especially the singing chef at the omelette station! They got it right!! Thoroughly impressed by this hotel! Best Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in and I am a gold member!!! Kudos to the Staff!!!

New Years/Birthday trip

Asked for accessible room ( higher toilet, walk in shower) due to recent broken leg of daughter and 2 bad knees for me. We had to help one another up off the toilet. Getting into the tub was treacherous. The tub was extremely slippery, definitely needed non skid surface. Trying to regulate water temp was impossible. Either scalding hot or cold. Did not realize this was a valet parking only hotel. I guess that was on me for not reading the fine print. Extra $100 on top of room. I will say the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had
