Kitchen is has leathered granite, Wolf stove, and banquette. Family room is large and has new gas fireplace and large windows. Master has brand new bath with luxury tile shower, standing tub two closets with laundry facility. Plenty of parking available. Great restaurants and retail walking distance (5 min) and best bagel shop in Charlotte in town (Poppys Bagels and More) very close to the house.
