Nice staff and very attentive. Liked the convenience of the location but the overall quality and cleanliness of the hotel rooms were somewhat average, given its location my expectations in those areas did not align with overall experience. But again, amazing staff awareness and would stay here again for that reason and its location.

Spectrum Center was in walking distance and Midnight Diner right across the street with good food! Staff at hotel were amazing. Hotel always clean. Breakfast every morning did not disappoint. Valet parking was convenient and easy.

This hotel was great! Room was nice and clean. Easy access to everything. Nice views of Charlotte from the upper floors too. The staff was very friendly and helpful - from the front desk to the cleaning people to the breakfast people (who gladly brought back out the coffee for me when I was late getting down there). The only negative thing I can say is that the room doors close very loudly behind people so if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs because your neighbor may be coming and going late.

This property is right next door to the coliseum where we where attending a concert so we were able to walk right over. Parking to the hotel however is valet only and is $40 per night.
