My check-in with Jesse and Jose was the best part. The hotel is really clean and close to many stores. My only complaint was room 342 had a ladybug problem. As I would remove about 2-3 some more would appear on the windows. They weren't all over the room but was kinda weird how they just kept coming back. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll stay again!!!!

Upon arrival the shuttle van was parked in the middle of the unloading section so we had to carefully park in front of it. The room was clean and the shower was hot. Parking light was out in the parking lot. They had two nice big sitting areas where we could play cards or have coffee in the morning. They didn't have any sheets or blankets for the hide a bed couch so we had to go back downstairs and get them. The breakfast was very nice and had a variety of items. One morning the sausages were undercooked.

Room was very clean!! Large suite! Only room left but got it for a great price. Comfortable bed, room temperature was right. Shower pressure was great and plenty of towels. Love that you can check in online and get a digital key to skip the front desk. Only thing I would suggest is the front desk staff to great guest as they are coming in as I was not greeted. One of the staff members did speak when I left and came back in from getting food but the other times I left the hotel, I was not acknowledged. Loved the amenties as well. Very close to nearby restaurants and Harris Teeters is right across the street. About 18 minutes from Uptown with light traffic. Heavy traffic took about 25 minutes to get there. Would stay again if ever in the area.
