Room was spacious and well-equipped for an extended stay. Staff was professional and friendly. The lobby was being renovated during our stay but didn't impact the service. Great location, overall highly recommend.

The place was under going a massive renovation and it was beyond anything I have experienced in my over 30+ years of staying at such locations. It was disgraceful for being charged what we all were. Poorly organized and planned. Total disregard for all attendees. They did absolutely nothing to offset this disruption and overpriced venue. Suggest anyone staying here simply picks another venue that’s near by

The staff was friendly and kind and that is hard to find now a days. Breakfast had many options and it was delicious and the Hotel and rooms were very clean. I will definitely stay again.

The desk agent was certainly not welcoming. When we approached the desk to check in. The agent chose to take a phone call while failing to acknowledge our presence. We had to wait for about 5 minutes while he talked with the person while totally ignoring us. He didn't even extend the courtesy to apologize for the wait after his conversation. This discourteous and dismissive behavior was also again exhibited in my interactions after He called for me to have my card again validated for incidental charges for the Monday night stay.
