Need to get some luggage carts. I have stayed here nearly 30 times and there is never any carts. My wife ask the cleaning lady if there was any carts and she couldn't locate one.. She offered to help my wife carry in her luggage. I thought that was very nice of her to offer. But this is the Hilton. Not the motel Six. I think most people expect much better so quit being so cheap and buy some luggage carts for your guest to use and be the Hilton you use to be.

The hotel layout and design were efficient, especially for the conference we attended. But the real reason I gave a 5-star rating was the outstanding service from a few staff members who made my stay truly memorable. A big shout-out to Yolanda at the front desk, who helped me ship out a box with a smile and a great attitude. Kaicey took accountability for a small error and went above and beyond to make things right for one of our party members. And lastly, Rebecca was simply awesome—her upbeat attitude, even at the end of the night when the restaurant was closing, made our dining experience that much better.
