Overall great experience

We had a one night stay. We were not at the hotel a lot due to the event we were attending. I did notice the room service trays were not picked up from the rooms in the hallway from the time we checked in at 4pm until the time we checked out at 11am the next day. They were stacked on the table in the entry hallway. Our room was very clean. There were a few stains on the carpet near the window but the hotel appears to be under some renovations so they maybe resolved soon.

Room was not ready 2 hours after check in, we were assured they would notify us immediately once it was ready but we were not and it took standing in line multiple times to get someone to assist us. Once we got access to the room there were no pillows on the bed. After visiting the front desk yet again we were assured they would be delivered. We came back after a concert at 11 pm, no pillows. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton and we won’t be back.
