For a downtown hotel it was sad that i could check in until 4 and the room i needed was not ready. As a high dollar hotel downtown and it doesn't offer continental breakfast.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and how pet-friendly the hotel was. The staff were supper engaging and attentive to myself and my dogs. Their customer service is what really set this hotel apart from other stays.
