I’ve stayed a few places in Charlotte but this was by far the best. Excellent hotel! Me and my son enjoyed it all. Very close to local restaurants and things to do around the area. Not far from the Spectrum Center to see the game as well. Staff was friendly, have to give them props on recommending the pizza place we went to. Will definitely book there again for our next trip.

The front desk staff was friendly. The hot tub does close at 10. We were unable to have time to get in after our evening out. It should be open a little later. The rooms were very clean.
