My family and I traveled 8 hours to get here for a weekend trip to Carowinds. Not only was the cost per night affordable, but the hotel was clean, staff was so nice and kind, and they had a decent breakfast. 10/10 would stay again.

I don't agree with any of the bad reviews, and think they are likely due to personal issues rather than the hotel. I stayed here for over 2 weeks. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating each and every day, even as they deal with challenging guests. Room service was always available. Every and all requests were attended to as fast as possible. The workers here are humans at the end of the day and can't accommodate every unruly guest. With all that said - this hotel is also the cheapest in Ballantyne; for the price, you will not get better.
