The customer service from the front desk was amazing and they were so kid friendly. My kids asked them a lot of questions, they were more than happy to answer. It was also quiet and clean! The rooms were very roomy, the breakfast food was really good, there were enough variety to choose from but not too overwhelming. Thank you for the stay!

Front staff was very accommodating and professional. Room was roomy, comfortable, and clean. Need to improve shower head and pressure. Breakfast was sub-par. But at least I didn’t have go out for breakfast and spend extra money.

This is the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed in in a very long time. The people above us were stomping and running and sounded like they were moving furniture until after midnight! Then there was knocking outside our room early morning, not knocking on our door specifically but just knocking sound that woke us up. I understand that the hotel was not responsible for the obnoxious guests, so not blaming holiday inn. But it was not the best stay because of noise!!!
