Beware

Got “upgraded” to a room that had one bed and a fold out couch. We reserved room with 2 beds for a reason. Was finally told this was due to them not having my original room. Bad service if you ask me. Will make sure I do not ever accept an “upgraded” room again.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Quite and conveniently located. The parking is $30/night but very accessible and no restrictions to drive as many times as you want

Everything was great except that the water got cold while my wife was showering they offered for maintenance to come check but there not need because she had to finish because her hair was full of shampoo, other than that everything was excellent.

The hotel was located either downtown and we were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. We attended a football game at the stadium at the location was excellent.

The location of the hotel was excellent as a lot of the attractions are a reasonable walking distance. The breakfast had great selection, the room was very nice and spacious too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Charlotte.
