Ronaldo who worked breakfast. He was funny, kept his cool with it being way way crowded. Was happy and professional. He made the trip worth it. Upon check in we didn't get our goodie bag. Had to call back and ask for. Then we just got 2 waters and no snack for 4 people in the room.

The room was clean. The sofa bed was old and bedding not great. The elevator was broke to garage when we arrived, no biggie. We made it. I normally stay at Hilton brands. The mattresses in this hotel were horrendous. It felt like I slept on a sidewalk. When we checked in. Breakfast was great . Fernando was amazing. He was friendly and extremely helpful.

Great place

We had a great stay in downtown Charlotte.The hotel is central to so many great restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was crowded, but great. The rooms were very comfortable. Staff, particularly the later who checked us in, were fabulous.

We loved the customer service. Loved how clean this hotel was inside room and lobby areas. Was not to happy with having to get elevator to get to check in it was a bit confusing, then the parking is really tight and that too was confusing getting ticket scanning ticket and then parking lot is really dark.
