Visited Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown to attend a Charlotte Hornets game with my mother for her birthday. This hotel is in a very convenient location within walkable distance from the arena and many restaurants. The bar lounge was a nice area to hangout after the game. Valet parking was $45 per night with unlimited access to your vehicle. The breakfast included with stay was pretty decent too.

I was in town for a conference and had a great stay! Valet was quite expensive but that is expected for a downtown hotel. I interacted with Edwin at checkin and checkout. He was absolutely wonderful! The room was very clean and comfortable. It had all of the amenities that I would desire. Definitely coming back!

Very close to Spectrum center, but a club was a block away and you could hear the music and cars going by until 130 , but that could be because it was ST. Patrick’s day. However the other three nights we stayed here were quiet at night.

The hotel is in a good location for events at the Spectrum Center. The rooms as spacious and the breakfast is good. The only complaint is that we were there for 5 nights and they never cleaned our room Until the 5th night. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, garbage be emptied, etc daily. We were told on the 3rd day they would for sure clean our room on day 4 and didn’t show up again.

Although it was a nice place and very updated when we arrived it was hard to find the check in and how to get to it. The room was not clean as we found a tooth placker on the shelf beside the bathroom sink and the floors had not been cleaned well around the kitchen area. The bed was comfortable enough and the sheets were clean so we didn’t complain due to only staying one night. The noise from traffic and construction nearby could also be heard.
