I hope the Hilton/Homewood company values the extremely hardworking front desk and cleaning staff at this busy hotel. They were working hard to take care of the many guests while I was there -- and some of the guests were rude and disrespectful of the front desk staff. The staff remained incredibly patient and professional throughout. Every one of them -- and everyone of the cleaning staff who have huge rooms to quickly clean (including kitchens) deserves a raise!!

Didn’t stay there. We showed up and hotels.com had not communicated our reservation to property. Automated help chatbot at hotels.com was utterly useless. We had to made in-person reservation at neighboring hotel instead. Will not use hotels.com again. Hotel staff and family says this happens with hotels.com often.

The King suite was clean and stocked with everything you needed for your stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, too. The bar had great food and drinks, and the bartenders were friendly. The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing!! I highly recommend staying here.

Overall stay was great . I was not a fan of the layout of the room . They need to relocate the bed , it’s to close to the bathroom. I do not like you don’t have maid service every day . Staff was great !
