We had a quick stay but everything Was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sharon at breakfast was the best! We may always stay at a Hilton as this was our first time and it did not disappoint at all!

I felt at home. We didnt want to leave. Everything from the staff to the priperty condition to the breakfast every morning was phenomenal. The hotel did have a power outage from 6am - 3pm on our last night that enabled us to properly dress and prepare for the day but we made due and although we werent accomdated i still cant complain. Ganga is the best and made sure we were comfortable at all times.

Hotel suite was lovely=everything you need was there-nice kitchen, comfortable living room-my name was on the TV screen welcoming me:)..the only small discrepancy was the trash cans in the suite are very small...but other than that it was great!!!

Stayed here for a little over two weeks with my fiancé. The staff were amazing, knowledgeable, and very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was amazing, there was something new everyday. I'll definitely rebook here the next time I come home on leave!

Great Stay!

The staff at the Homewood Suites Charlotte were amazing. The check-in process was quick and simple. The desk staff quickly checked me in and offered me bottled water, which was much appreciated. The accommodations were great and comfortable. The hotel is currently being remodeled, but it was barely noticeable on the date of my stay. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is our second stay at this location. Each visit has been restful and easy.
