Sooo Bad!

Dirty, weird smells, skimpy towels, partially used shampoo conditioner body wash (yes, an all-in-one). Found a wash cloth (dirty) next to the very saggy bed. No dining available, even though they advertised breakfast. Just all around pathetic hospitality.

The customer service at this hotel is A++. Javier is top notch. He gave me tips for where to eat and the best way to get to my concert. Also, the staff responded quickly to any and all needs. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The room was comfortable enough, but the portable AC unit was extremely loud and jarring as it turned on and off all night long. Neither of us slept well.

Almost everything was great - friendly front desk people, comfy bed and pillows, spacious room, refreshing shower, convenient location. The only negative was the shower curtain rod was droopy and the curtain wouldn't stay closed.

Very clean, great place to stay at for a quick trip. Rained a lot when I was here and had some window leaks. But other than that everything was lovely. Again, for the price it is definitely a good choice out of the other options in the area.
