The Wifi's terrible. I never ate their breakfast so I don't know about that. The elevator is always acting up, I was scared I would get stuck in there. The hotel itself and the room do not smell good. The carpet in the hallway and the sheets on the bed do not look clean. I'm glad I always bring my own sheets & towel. The food in the area is disgusting. I ordered from Maola's Pizzeria & Restaurant & The Fresh Egg Kitchen both times I had to throw the food away. I'm glad I will never be in that area again both hotel & food in the area sucks.

A very nice clean, cheap hotel close to the freeway. try and get a room that is not on the freeway side because it is very loud in the room

I was able to do my ‘check in’ online which saved me tons of time. Once I arrived, the host was very polite and i checked in pretty quickly. The room was nice and quiet. Plus the heater kept the room toasty, which was perfect!

I would not stay at this property again. Being objective: property condition is very poor (needs renovating, cleaning, etc.), room’s TV remote didn’t work, and front staff wasn’t very helpful when a problem arose.

The hotel is rated as a 2 star, but really should be a 4 star hotel. The negative reviews are not accurate at all! Definitely staying here again.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good location, about 25 min from Charlotte Motoor Speedway. The breakfast was good, waffles, cereal, coffee etc. Great value for the money compared to other hotels closer to the race track.
