This is a private neighborhood with no through streets. We have superb neighbors that are their to enjoy the serene natural setting and the best Lake Norman has to offer.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a boat from Queen's Landing. You're only a few minutes across the water.

The boat in the photo is not included with the booking. We keep the boat at the marina near by but want to show the availability of docking.

Interaction with Guests:
You can always reach us by text or phone call should you need anything. Otherwise you and your guests have complete privacy to enjoy your very own private lake house.
