The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out is 11am the day of your departure, unless agreed to otherwise. PLEASE NOTIFY US of any stains, breaks or things likely needing service for next guest!
Remove all kitchen trash, place in bins. Trash day is Thu morning, and bins can be out by the curb next to the drive. Remove linens (fitted/flat sheets, pillow cases) from beds, place in laundry room
Make sure all lights are turned off, water is turned off (incl. hoses), propane tanks turned off, and appliances are turned off (dishwasher running = OK; please DON'T leave clothes washer / dryer on).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What a great place! Very tastefully decorated, comfortable, lots of natural light with lots of space inside and out. And the location! A big property right on the lake. Loved waking up to sunrise over the water. House had all the utensils and supplies to prepare any meal. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc for large families/groups. All the beds were comfortable and the house was clean and communications with the host were quick and easy.
