Go to the whole hotel room at 3 AM. I left at 7 AM because it couldn’t get warm in the room. I didn’t return for my second day. I tried to get a refund. I also tried to chat with Expedia no answer.

The outside had broken chairs all over the place , the room was clean except the shower and sink . The shower had no water pressure and the sink didn’t even drain properly. The phone didn’t work at all Honestly I would not go back there again .

Staff was very courteous. Room was very clean although there was a lack of toilet paper. Breakfast had a lot to be desired. The orange juice was rancid. The bagels were like rocks. And the muffins were hard. There was no protein options for breakfast. It was all carbohydrates.

Room was okay, could use a deep cleaning. Smoke detector was removed from the wall/room. Water drains really slow. Breakfast barely met “ breakfast included” amenity. Check-in was fairly quick and easy though.
