Clean room only complain is we was asked to not be loud in the pool area when it was only 630 at night cause of the people that live there if it was late at night i would be ok with it but not at 630pm

We made the reservation for three nights, but told the front desk when we checked in that we would need to checkout after two nights. Desk could not authorize a refund on the third night(prepaid). After several attempts to get the third night refunded, the hotel decided to keep our money. We have stayed at this hotel over 20 nights this year. If they treat repeat customers this way, I can only imagine how they treat other customers.

Breakfast was good except as with other recent Quality Inn stays, Orange Juice was not available. Carolina Place Mall was nearby, which is the reason I chose this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel on Friday. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The morning breakfast was more than adequate for a hotel buffet style breakfast. I would recommend the hotel, and would definitely stay there in the future.

Overall I would not stay here again. Price was good but I was told they will not be room service due to shortage of staff (We stayed for 2 nights) I understand it was a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) but management should prepare accordingly. Both of the waffles machines need maintenance; they both to cook very well.
