One of very few single family neighborhoods in Uptown Charlotte, this house is central to everything. You’ll get the feel of a big city while having all the comforts of home.
Walk to Spectrum Center (.4 mi) for a concert, Bank of America Stadium (1.5 mi) for football, BB&T Ball Park (1.2 mi) Charlotte Convention Center, the Epicenter, movie theatre, restaurants, night life and more!
This is truly your home away from home- whether you are visiting Charlotte for business or pleasure or anything in between.
This space has it all. Upon entering you’ll find spacious rooms with cozy seating and a large, fully stocked kitchen for those who want to cook at home. The master bedroom invites you in with a king bed and brilliant master bath. Upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms. One with another comfy king bed and the 3rd bedroom is equip with bunk beds. 2 twin beds on the bottom and full on top. There is also a dedicated work space with a built in desk should you need bring work along with you.

Let’s talk about views! The back deck boasts a beautiful skyline view of the Queen City. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while soaking in the beautiful view. There is plenty of seating outside to relax and enjoy the city while still being tucked away in this peaceful neighborhood.

The entire house is for you to enjoy.
The garage is to remain locked and not to be used during your stay.
Please only enter and exit through the front door.
Feel free to enjoy the back deck and outside space but do not attempt to exit through the garage or fence area.

Also- IF you are visiting while my garden is growing- help yourself to any fruits or veggies to enjoy.

I can’t say enough good things about this house and Mandy the host. We stayed for a great weekend and the house is warm and welcoming, the neighborhood is quaint, and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend. Probably the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had from start to finish!

The home was very cozy and decorated for Christmas which made it very homey! We also appreciated all the information Mandy provided which made it very easy for us to find everything we would have needed at the Vrbo, along with recommendations for activities in Charlotte!

AMAZING Home and Host.. You won't be sorry you chose this!

This house was perfect for our trip. The views were amazing, and Mandy (the host) was absolutely the best! She was super responsive to us and had all details to me in plenty of time so that we had no concerns. The house was very clean with plenty of space and the views from the back patio of the city are unmatched. There were treats left for us, so we left some behind for the next visitor as well. There was nothing about this trip that we didn't love and will book this property again in the future.
