sketchy neighborhood...delayed communication

Pulled down the street and several houses were very run down and even boarded up. The house itself was descent on the inside and has many new features however the outside was unkept; we even found shell casings in the driveway and it took the owner a few hours before he responded to our text about those. We saw & killed one roach. The "amazing deck view" is of Kudzu. The interior of the house was satisfactory and the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. There were no directions regarding check out (what to do etc.) and we had to text to get the WiFi password and again we had to wait a few hours to get a response. In the end it turned out OK but we felt very misled by the listing and were disappointed in the communication with the owner.

Great place to stay

Just right for our family's stay. Clean home, comfortable living room, and beds. Nicely stocked kitchen. Nice deck. Convenient washer and dryer that worked well. Will be staying again next time we are in the area.

Good choice

I definitely made a good decision picking this property. The house was well stocked. Everything was nice and upgraded. Plenty of space for all of our guests.

Fellas Trip

The bottom line is I would definitely book again. I didn't have to really bother the host due to complete home set up. Derek was even willing to bring us a grill. Worth the stay.
