Room was nice, friendly staff, but prices in every restaurant and bar were way overpriced for what was being served. The hotel also has some issues with the fire alarm in the place as it went off twice and one of those times was very early in the morning. Not fun

Room Issues: As soon as I walked into the room, I was hit with a noticeable, lingering odor. It smelled like a mix of old dampness and poor ventilation. For the price of the room, you expect it to at least smell clean. Inconvenient Food Policy: To make matters worse, the hotel has a policy that all food deliveries must be left in the lobby. I wouldn't mind this if there were a secure system, but the bags are simply left unsupervised on a table for anyone to grab. Having to go down several floors to pick up cold food from an open lobby is not the "hospitality" experience I expected. Overall, the lack of service and the strange restrictions made this an unpleasant stay. I won't be returning

After the horrendous ordeal of dealing with American Airlines flight cancelled, sleeping in the pit of hell (Miami Airport), the stay at this hotel was a welcomed reprieve!! The staff was amazing. Stephanie was exceptional!! She welcomed us listened, provided us guidance and fair to say peace. We are so appreciative of our experience at the Sheraton and would recommend staying here.
