The room suited our needs for the weekend. Front desk was pleasant. The only thing I could complain about is that cleaning came while we were still getting dressed for the day. Told her that we would be gone in about 20 minutes. She never came back to clean or replenish towels or anything. We had to get more towels from front desk. Overall is was an okay stay and would probably stay there again.

I was initially given a room of substandard quality. The window was dirty and there was extreme noise from the highway. The lamp shade was dirty and the refrigerator had water all in it. Couldn't hear the TV without increasing the volume due to the loud noise from the highway. I asked for another room. The clerk did provide it. It was way better but I expected a suite. The beds were proper doubles. It smelled way better while the other room smelled stale. I have no idea why the clerk put me in that horrible room initially. The new room was quieter though there was still some noise and the furniture was better with proper double beds unlike the other room. The window was clean. I couldn't see out the one in the other room. Should have taken a photo. The clerk did not offer me the same opportunity she gave the customer ahead of me at check-in if I wanted to stay another day, what to do. She did accomodate my change & gave me a coupon for food at a local restaurant. Also, the breakfast area TV had on Fox News. It should have had a neutral local channel on whereas they were belittling Americans who were going to protest that day. Not something you want to hear early in the morning. The hot water for tea was cold. My microwave in the room did not work properly/spin but heated up the water. The elevator jerks hard when landing. I did like my new room. Wished I had it initially at check-in. The breakfast was good. Overall, l did have a nice stay with the room change.
The 1st room with the stale smell and dirty window which is supposed to have 2 double beds. They were singles.
This is a proper double bed room. However, it's not a suite as expected.
