Breathtaking views of the Queen City. You will be mesmerized by all the high end detail as well as the original art. You will be close to everything around town and walking distance to restaurants, museums, coffee across the street, wine bar around the corner. You have access to the entire apartment, including roof top seating, pool, and our garage parking spot. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

This large studio features an open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials that you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal, and there is plenty of seating at the dining table. The cozy living room features an electric fireplace, large windows with great city views, and plenty of comfortable seating. The bedroom has been separated from the main living spaces for privacy and is complete with comfortable linens and a fantastic feature wall.

Guests will have access to the entire studio and parking spot during their stay. We have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that you'll be able to use everything in the space.

Check-in was easy. The unit was super cozy and clean. Location was fairly good. We were able to walk to some places. The only issue we had was that the A/C stopped working a couple of days into our stay. Management tried to get the situation fixed but were unable to therefore we spent the rest of our stay sweltering or going out to restaurants just to cool off.Other than the A/C issue I really would recommend this lovely space.

Unique space in Charlotte

First time to Charlotte and not disappointed. The studio was clean and larger than expected - perfect for a couple. Bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Communication with management team was good.

Excellent spot, would def stay again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Excellent use of the space. Really enjoyed sitting on the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine. The location was very close to 4th Ward and made for a nice stroll through the uptown area.

Beautiful apartment, impeccably furnished. Just not a very great/safe area (of course to not fault of the owner). Coffee shop located across street and pizza down the block which was nice. Close walk to train stop but not very safe population around. Wished for hand towels in the bathroom as it only had 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. Extremely responsible host, great communication and check in instructions. Would just factor in Ubers to and from downtown into pricing for the stay.

Great apartment for quick stay

Pictures were exactly as it was when we checked in. Nice apartment. We did not go to the rooftop, but that must be the amazing view? Because no view from the apartment. You look at the pool and the buildings next door. The lock boxes where you find the key fob for the door was a treasure hunt. There must be 100 of them. Big VRBO building I suppose. Took time to find the lock box in the cluster because they are not in apartment number order. The hallways always smelled like weed, but it never smelled in the apartment which was good. I specifically asked what kind of coffee maker prior to arrival and all the host could say was “I think it’s drip”. When I asked if if was 12 cup, they said “I think so!” It was a drip coffee maker, not 12 cup, maybe 4. If you’re not going to provide filters, you should be way more specific on the type of coffee maker, so people can bring their own. But simply providing the filters would really be helpful. Or just switch to a KCUP coffee maker.

Bday weekend

It was a very nice stay ! We enjoyed the ambiance of the room and the windows were awesome, a great view of the city. My girlfriend had a wonderful weekend as did I.
