There is not much around the property because it’s near the airport but the hotel is very clean, nice and updated. Staff was very courteous. Only issue is you have to pay for parking. It should be free but it’s $11/day so not too bad.

Turned our frowns upside down

We were bummed when the copilot didn't show up for our trip to Grand Cayman. We missed our connecting flight and were stranded in Charlotte. The airline gave us a voucher for a dirty (but friendly) Microtel. This made us even more bummed. We left after 30 minutes and went to SpringHill Suites instead. Everyone was much friendlier and the place was spotless and clean. It felt great to be here.

Place was nice. Don’t know due to the construction being done at the front was causing a sewage smell. The staff was very nice and helpful as my mom was in a wheelchair and the room was very mobile for her to get around.
