TV not working

The front desk service staff was front desk service staff was wonderful and very courteous however, the disappointment that I had was my TV not working the entire time our two day stay. Now understanding electronics sometimes just go out. It makes sense that it’s no one‘s fault however, I expected some type of apology or compensation. When I called the 800 number a gentleman asked me so what do you want me to do about it? What do I want from this experience? Huh!? That was inappropriate because I’m expecting someone to tell me what they’re going to do about my inconvenience! Again, the staff on duty was very courteous so there’s no problem there. Even the gentleman tried to change out the remote for me to see if that was the problem but the 800 number that I called is what I had an issue with. The representative seemed like he was sleepy on the phone and Lethargic. This is the second Wyndham Hotel experience that I’ve had that didn’t go so well, although the first situation was more of a refund issue with a previous stay. It’s just not a good look, and I am second-guessing whether or not I stay at Another in the future. I do want to reiterate that the actual room was clean and convenient. Parking was wonderful. Staff was very nice however again don’t know if I’m gonna do this again.

Wasn’t impressed. Very nice gentleman y there the first night checked in but very rude man there that morning! $2 for can drink nothing in vending machine. Waffles old dry cereal or old toast and dark brown apple juice for breakfast! Won’t stay again
