- Private, deep-water dock on the main channel for easy boating access
- Free use of lake toys: 5 inflatable paddle boards (330 lb capacity), a sit-on-top kayak, youth kayak, and tandem kayak
- Variety of adult and kid life jackets
- Resident bald eagle often seen in the cove – look for its nest while paddling

Massive back deck with dining table for 10 and new patio furniture
