Outstanding place to stay in Charlotte

Outstanding hotel! Clean, eclectic, everyone was very friendly. Not you chain hotel, decor is very special, we had private spaces (library) for us to relax and enjoy. Great location, safe and clean part of town.

Beautiful hotel, luxurious room with everything you would need. Second floor room right over main downtown room was remarkably quiet on a busy night after a concert. Staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Charlotte.

It is a beautiful property, loved every detail. Hotels no longer offer what the Ivey’s did. There wasn’t s thing we would’ve needed or not needed in the room. The smell of the hotel is delicious, the ambience, the decor. I simply loved it!

Got a horrible small room with a/c that worked fine until around 11:30 pm when it stopped cooling, but resumed again around 7:30 am. I turned off the tv a number of times in the middle of the night, but the screen would turn back on later waking me up. Very low water pressure in the faucets. Pillows were incompatible with successful sleeping.

From the check in process to the check out process, it was fabulous! The champagne fairy was a great touch as well! As I was entering my room, a young lady was just coming out from leaving me a small bottle of champagne. Such a great start to my stay! It wasn’t long enough, and I plan to return!
