Great place, clean rooms, one Con was that the lobby restroom (ladies) was not a pleasant area when needing to use the restroom immediately. Other than that it was an overall great stay!!

This was our second stay at a Tru by Hilton in Charlotte and we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean from the lobby all the way to the room. The water pressure in the shower was great as well & provided toiletries smelled amazing.

I do not have any complaints about the hotel itself. However, my truck was broken into in the parking lot of the hotel. Apparently, that is not uncommon in the area so I must highly recommend others not to stay here unless additional security measures are taken.
