This property is not about creating an experience for the guests . I am told I will be able to talk to a manager in the morning when he gets here. Very sad I have to deal with things like this on top of my own trouble, the staff need to recognize when somebody is dealing with life issues and not make it harder on them. I stayed at a $70 motel last night and had a better experience than here

The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable! Nice, quiet stay. Breakfast and coffee were great! The only thing I wish it had was a microwave in the room.

I loved how pet friendly the hotel actually was. The rooms were definitely pet friendly and there were plenty of spots for dogs to relieve themselves outside, plus there were several trash cans to throw out the poop bags. Staff were friendly, helpful, and readily available. It was a nice quiet stay, which was amazing for my very reactive dog. I also appreciated the sign for the door, alerting housekeeping staff of the animals in each room.
