Welcome to Twin Cove your private luxury escape just minutes from Lake Norman. Designed for families, teams, and wellness-focused groups, this serene home sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms, with 7 beds and two large sectional sofas (1 with pullout). Additional guests may be approved with host coordination.

No smoking, vaping, or cannabis anywhere on the property, indoors or out. A remediation charge applies and is enforced.
Up to 5 vehicles, driveway and garage and limited street parking in front of house only.
Every reservation is personally approved, and a property-use agreement is signed before check-in.
Sauna, cold plunge, and gym are 18+, used at your own risk. Children supervised at all times.

Well maintained and spotlessly clean home in safe, walkable neighborhood. We had 3 generations represented and there was plenty of room for everyone. The sauna was wonderful and provided a great respite for any adult who needed time away from the energetic little ones. The kitchen was well stocked with basics.For those with toddlers or differently abled adults, the main floor living room is actually a sunken living room and thus is one step down from the main floor hallway/kitchen. The main BR has a wonderful shower but no handrails, so caution for the elderly. The bunkroom and 3rd bedroom is also on main floor with add'l 1.5 baths.Basement contains entertainment room and fabulous guest room!Deck has nicely sized gas grill, table with seating for 4 and additional small table for 2. Owner is in process of replacing lounge furniture which will expand seating options.Although a short walk to view the lake, only HOA members are actually allowed access to the beach area.Owner is very responsive to inquiries.Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Beautiful home, excellent amenities such as sauna, back door deck, pool table/foosball, grill, etc. Plenty of rooms & beds, overall the space felt very open and great for a group of friends to relax in. The basement was one of my favorite spots, the decor & size were a huge plus. I think this place looked even better in person than in the pictures, breathtaking when you first walk in. Everything appeared to be clean & well-kept. We had a small issue with water leaking from the fridge but upon notifying the host it was no issue, just needed to place a towel under to prevent the floor being stained.My only real complaint is that there was a separate liability & release form required to be signed outside of VRBO, which was only provided to me the day before check-in. While it was a fairly reasonable agreement, I think something like this would be best noted in the listing & issued upon payment/booking, not the day before check-in.Overall it was a great stay! My group was all in agreement that if we’re ever back in North Carolina, we would gladly stay here again.
