The master has a new king bed, large walk in closet, entrance to patio with views of lake. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and desk with chair. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, one which includes trundle bed with twin mattress. Each bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan. Also included with unit is play-n-pack porta crib and high chair.

2 full bathrooms. Master bath has large soaker tub and double vanity. 2nd bathroom has large walk in shower.

Full kitchen with new appliances and compete set of plates, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc.

Spacious and open living and dining room feature new and comfortable furnishings. Gas fireplace and cable TV.

Patio with dining and sitting space overlooks a beautiful cove on Lake Norman surrounded by boardwalk. A huge perk of staying a 1st floor unit in this complex is the ability to walk directly from the patio to the waterfront!

This unit may include a boat slip for you to park your own boat or a rental from a nearby marina! Please let us know if you'll be needing a slip when you book, so that we can reserve it for you if available!

No pets are allowed.

Guests have access to outdoor pool overlooking lake and tennis court. Pool to open May 1st. Tennis rackets and balls available for guest use. Located next to Port City Club waterfront restaurant.

Please note that trailer parking/storage is not allowed, but private options are available nearby.

Pool - All residents & guests must obey posted MAX capacity requirements.

This condo offers its guests a water park. The family-friendly condo also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
