Hotel was fine, staff were friendly, room was good size, bed was comfy, aircon was loud and didn't seem to be working right, breakfast was limited but enough to eat. We weren't made aware you need to request the free airport transfer so spent a hour waiting and then had to pay for a cab which was extortionate for the short distance. Great location for the airport but nothing else around.

I wasnt there long, but the hotel wasvery clean and comfortable. The person at the front desk was extremely nice and super quick. Very convenient to the airport. Would definitely stay here again if i return to Charlotte!

The staff are very friendly and helpful! Thr facilities are clean, spacious and neat. The area nearby has foos options that are walkable. However, I was told this is a rough area so I didn't walk at night.
