I booked 2 guest rooms for November 6,2025 for my elderly parents and I to stay for 1 night. We had plane tickets to fly out of the Charlotte airport on November 7,2025. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to the government shutdown that affected flights. I had booked our stay at your property through Hotels.com and reached out to them requesting a refund for our hotel stay. To my very strong disappointment, I received an email today informing me that your hotel had denied my request for a refund. I could understand if I canceled just because we willingly and voluntarily changed our plans, but this situation was not our choice or fault. I hope in the future your hotel will find it in your heart to take your guests situations into consideration and do the right thing.

The staff was amazing. Such wonderful people. They made the experience terrific 👍 It just would have helped to the breakfast was ready at 600 instead of 610 because with a shuttle to catch at 630 being 10 minutes late made things a little tense. But we made the shuttle! 👍😀
