Approximately 15 minutes form Uptown attractions, Charlotte Panthers and FC Stadium, Knights minor league stadium, and Hornets Arena, as well as Mountian Island Lake. Guests can enjoy three cozy bedrooms, including two queen beds and a fun bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. With three bathrooms featuring a relaxing bathtub and bidet, everyone has space to unwind. An additional office area with two sofa beds provides extra room for work or rest. Queen bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans while two portable fans are in the unit for use. Connect to high-speed wireless wi-fi and kickback with TV's on the first two floors, or unplug and have a great time with the many family friendly board/card games collected for your enjoyment. Feel at home with a kitchen stocked with all of the standard standard cookware and appliances. This home stays comfortable year-round with central heating and AC. Sit out back on a lovely patio while the grill master creates a fine meal for family and friends. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this adorable retreat invites you to feel right at home. With Three air mattresses with additional pillow/bedding on site you'll also have access to the laundry closet you may utilize the in house washer/dryer with hamper and hand held clothing steamer. Privacy film on bottom half of dining and living room windows (works very well only during day light hours) Available off street parking in driveway and room in the garage for your car or small SUV. Additional parking in front of driveway (See satellite map for additional free parking spots) This is a new and quiet community, we'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place!
