Staff at front was great! The room wasn’t impressive! Floor was dirty hallway floor leading to room had stuff all over the place. There was one bath towel no tissues no amenities in the kitchenette. Very misleading from ad on Expedia! I have stayed at several of these and absolutely loved the ones previous. Not impressed with my stay at your facility.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked due to the positive reviews it being a new building, after being delayed at the airport. The hotel is filthy. It is an extended stay hotel and more of an apartment building than a hotel. The whole building smells like marijuana and I heard screaming coming from the rooms on the first floor. I took the elevator to the third floor where my room was located and got out to large black garbage bags lining the hallway with other trash and debris. I left and booked at another hotel without even going into the room. The hotel refused to refund my stay.

There was an awful smell (it smelled like I should have been higher than a kite). What do i need a full kitchen for- no coffee pot and not even in the lobby. Staff told us to go to the hotel across the way for coffee. People walking around in robes, kids running the halls.
