There was no attendant at the front desk for 50 mins; when he did show up he wouldn’t answer questions. Then he wandered off somewhere and didn’t return. At this point I tried to cancel the reservation but Expedia wouldn’t let me. I left and went to another hotel. I want my money back. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Totally unprofessional. I travel 12-15 times a year to Charlottesville and will not be using this hotel again. I will also book directly through whatever hotel I do use and avoid Expedia from now in.

We tried to call all week to talk to someone. Their phone number does not ring into the front desk and no one ever answers it. We needed early checkin, even just 30 minutes. Not only were we not able to get ahold of anyone to get early checkin, our room was not ready at 3pm when it was supposed to be. We had to downgrade to a different room so we could get in and get ready for our event. The guy at the desk was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. Do not recommend.

The property, my room was very clean! Outstanding. The breakfast was one of the worst I've experienced during my stays. Just get small muffins, yogurt varieties and better warm ingredients. Coffee was nice and bold.
