The space
This 700-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment also includes an air mattress for additional guests in the living room. The unit features spacious front and back decks, providing a wonderful view of Downtown Belmont—perfect for unwinding.

DESCRIPTION - Please Note:
This is a historic, older building, full of character but not modern or newly renovated. We did have professional photos taken but please be aware that you may notice scuffs and marks on the walls and floors. And due to the building's age, the floors are a bit slanted in places, adding to its charm. The unit is on the same level as just one other apartment, with only part of the kitchen wall shared with a neighboring unit. The bedroom does not share a wall with any neighbor, but, like in most apartment buildings with standard walls, muffled noise can sometimes be heard from next door, just as they may hear you.

The apartment is inviting and well-decorated, but if you are expecting a brand-new, modern space with few imperfections, this may not be the best fit. Please be mindful of these characteristics before booking.

Booking & Guest Policy:

Ensure that you book for the correct number of guests—pricing is based on the number provided, and adjustments will be required if this changes.
Only the registered number of guests are permitted in the unit unless prior approval is given.

Short visits from one or two guests are fine, but for additional visitors or overnight stays, please ask in advance.

Unauthorized guests may result in a canceled reservation.

No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.

An outdoor security camera is installed at the front entrance to monitor guest and pet compliance.


Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet for stays of four nights or fewer (fees for longer stays vary—please ask before booking).

You must notify me about any pets in your Vrbo welcome message.

The pet fee must be paid separately after booking and is not included in the VRBO reservation price, even if pets are marked in the booking.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Please clean up after your pet outside.


Other things to note:

The building has a smaller water heater and it is shared so often if other people are using hot water it could likely just need some time to refill. Typically if you aren’t getting hot water at first, please wait a bit for it to warm up. Thanks!
