Greetings are always good and friendly, especially during the day during the week. She is always pleasant and accommodating. The room I had was comfortable, nice with great amenities which were much appreciated. My only concern was the tv did not have a signal half of the time I was there, but I was able to watch the other tv, so it was fine.

The English Inn is very clean and nice. There is a cozy fire place with seating in the lobby. There is a cute breakfast room. The food was good - eggs, toast, oatmeal. There is a large pool but we didn’t bring bathing suits so we didn’t try it. It was great for the price and I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great and the staff top-notch. In fact, we left a nice thermal tankard in the room and soon were notified by phone. We were able to go back and retrieve it.

Very disappointed to pay such an alarming pet fee. Very expensive for one night when the entire facility is pet friendly. Our room was carpeted. Pretty gross with pets. The pet fee is not listed and would have been a deterrent. Once here I has no choice but to proceed. Your fees should be listed and transparent. Will not be back.

The staff are kind. Liked the fruit to pick up free at check in. Didn’t like the outside bright lights on all night with sheer curtains in my room. This made the room be too light to sleep at times. I asked for another room on opposite side of building but the clerk said those lights surround the whole building. Next time I will bring something to cover my eyes
